When we fulfill your order (which lasts 1-5 business days after you successfully make an order on our site) and it is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information from us. 

To track your order, please enter your tracking number and email address HERE to get the latest updates.

It may take a bit of time to wait but don’t worry, we assure you that you will receive your order.

You may cancel your order if it has yet to be in production. 

Please contact us immediately at contact@punchkicks.com with your order details (it is a must, we don’t consider your request if you don’t contact us first).

We can check and see if we can cancel your order and provide a refund. 

Note: Orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances once the production process has begun.

Our team will contact you, check it out, and find the best way to resolve your case as fast as we can. 

It can take days to provide you with the final solution but know that we always support you at our best.

Unfortunately, you are unable to change or add items once your order is confirmed and placed. 

In this case, you will need to cancel your current order (only if it has not been in production yet) and make a new one.

If it is said that your order was delivered then double-check with your household or neighbors to see if they have signed and received the parcel on your behalf.

If they haven’t, email us at contact@punchkicks.com  with your order details and situation, and we will check and update you on the status of your order.

 

In case your parcel doesn’t contain our products in it, to file a claim, please include a video of you unboxing your parcel.

You cannot because payment must be made in full before we can confirm if you have successfully made an order at PunchKicks so you cannot change payment method after your order is confirmed and placed.

Despend on each promotion terms and conditions, you may apply multiple codes to one order. However, most of the time, it should be one code on one order only.

Codes cannot be applied to items that are currently in sale.

If you receive a discount code privately by email from us, the code will work for just only ONE order or selected products.

On the other hand, you can use one public promotion code many times, as long as you follow our timeframe for each code.

We do ship worldwide but unfortunately, due to a complicated world situation recently, we are restricted from delivering to certain countries.

Shipping times are different depending on where you want to receive your order(s).

Since all items offered on PunchKicks are made-to-order, it means we only produce your items once your order is confirmed, therefore, it may take about 1-5 business days to create the products before we can transfer your order to our shipping carriers so you should add the shipping time on top of that.

You may change to Express but only when your order has not been transferred to the shipping carrier yet. Once your order is set to go already, you are unable to change any shipping method.

So in this case, please first email us at contact@punchkicks.com immediately. We will check and track your order then we can see if you can change to Express or not.

But keep in mind that our products are manual, which means we need 1-5 business days to produce once your order is confirmed, therefore, you should add Express shipping time on top of that.

You may do it if your order has not been sent out to our shipping carriers yet. Once it is placed there, we are unable to change it for you.

You need to email us at contact@punchkicks.com ASAP so we can see if we can intercept it before your order is packed.

We’re sorry to tell you that we cannot do that for you because once each of your orders is made, it is systematically processed through to our warehouse separately and at the same time, there can be thousands of other orders placed in the between.

Most of PunchKicks' items are unisex so we have the same size charts for all customers.

PunchKicks products are 100% Airlume combed and ringspun cotton (fiber content may vary for different colors). Light or medium-heavy fabric depends on different items.

Kindly note that all our items are created manually. Therefore it can be that the end product you'll receive can slightly differ from our product photos. 

Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

Nope, the Shoes do not come with any purchases. The shoes in the product display are sold in their respective official brand stores😂. 

We simply sell clothing products independently that are inspired to match these shoes by color.

We do want to provide you with the best shopping experience so we’re happy to replace your order if it has major problems, such as: 

Significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you;

Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;

Not what you ordered;

* Please be noted that with other cases (not mentioned above) we only offer a partial refund (excluding the shipping fee).

* We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.

Please email us at contact@punchkicks.com with photos of the product you received along with detailed information so we can find out the appropriate solution for the case.

If your order needs to be replaced due to our faults (please carefully refer to HERE to see what faults we accept), you don’t need to send back the order you have received.

Simply email us at  contact@punchkicks.com, tell us what happened, and include a clear photo(s) of the item. Then we will send you a new replacement. You can keep the faulty one.

As we will produce new item(s) for you once we accept your exchange request, the process will take 1-5 business days to make before we send it out to you via our shipping carriers so depending on what shipping method you choose, please add the shipping time on top of that.

We will send you tracking information via email, to track your order, do it HERE.

It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be transferred to your bank account.

If you haven’t received it after that time, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company to see what happens.
