SHIPPING PROCESS
All items offered on PunchKicks are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you, one at a time for the best quality! Also, shipping times are different depending on where you want to receive your order(s).
It takes about 1-3 business days to create the products before we can transfer your order to our shipping carriers so you should add the shipping time on top of that.
We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, and as soon as your order comes through, we go straight to work.
A tracking number will be provided so you can track your package as many times per day as you wish once the item is processed and shipped.

Kindly note that all our items are created manually. Therefore it can be that the end product you'll receive can slightly differ from our product photos. Please allow slight differences to line up at the same since It's not possible to perfectly align patterns or images from front to back.
NOTE:
You may change your shipping address if your order has not been sent out to our shipping carriers yet. Once it is placed there, we are unable to change it for you.
To change your shipping address, you need to email us at contact@punchkicks.com ASAP so we can see if we can intercept it before your order is packed.
You are unable to combine all your current orders into one shipment
You are unable to cancel or change anything related to your order once its status is “processing”/”place”/”shipping”.

On some occasions such as Christmas, New Year Holiday, etc, your shipping time can be added a few more days and arrive a little later than the estimated time above due to days off or overload issues so please kindly be patient and keep checking your tracking information (or you can check up with our Customer Service team via contact@punchkicks.com, we are more than happy to assist you).
